The "Worst Idea First" (Innovation Upside-Down)
This is a brainstorming technique used by top design firms, turned into a comedy competition.

The Play: Give teams a real company problem (e.g., "How do we get clients to respond faster?").

The Goal: Teams must come up with the worst, most disastrous, or illegal solution possible.

The Funny Part: Presenting ideas like "Send a carrier pigeon to their house every hour" or "Hack their Spotify to play baby shark until they reply."

Productivity Perk: It removes the fear of judgment. Often, within a "terrible" idea, there is a seed of a brilliant, creative solution that no one was brave enough to suggest.

2. "Back-to-Back" Drawing (Communication Masterclass)
The Play: Two people sit back-to-back. Person A has a complex geometric drawing; Person B has a pen and paper.

The Goal: Person A must describe the drawing without saying what it is. (e.g., "Draw a circle inside a triangle" is okay; "Draw a pizza slice" is not).

The Funny Part: When they reveal the drawings at the end, they usually look like a mess. One person thinks they gave "perfect" instructions while the other feels totally lost.

Productivity Perk: It perfectly illustrates how "clear" instructions in our heads can be totally misunderstood by others.

3. The "Product Graveyard" Eulogy
The Play: Assign teams a failed product from history (the DeLorean, Google Glass, New Coke) or a "retired" company process.

The Goal: They must perform a 2-minute "funeral eulogy" for that product, highlighting its "best" (worst) qualities.

The Funny Part: Watching grown adults get emotional over a "Zune" or a buggy 2015 software update.

Productivity Perk: Teaches "Post-Mortem" thinking—analyzing why things fail so you don't repeat the mistakes, but in a way that feels like a comedy sketch.
